2. Personal Data We Collect
When you submit a project inquiry, we collect:
Your name and email address
Your company name, if provided
Your project description and any information you voluntarily include
Your selected services, customization options, timeline preferences, and estimated project budget
Our website and form providers may also process technical information, including IP addresses, browser information, and security-related records.
Please do not include sensitive personal information in your project inquiry.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
We use personal data to:
Receive and evaluate project inquiries
Respond to questions and discuss potential projects
Prepare preliminary project information and indicative estimates
Maintain the security and technical operation of the website
Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), processing must be supported by an applicable legal basis under Article 5, such as processing necessary for steps directly related to establishing a contract at the request of the individual or a legitimate interest that does not override fundamental rights.

4. How We Collect Information
Personal data is collected electronically when you complete and submit the Project Builder inquiry form or contact us by email.
Technical data may be collected automatically when you access the website.
5. Service Providers and International Transfers
Dill Studio uses:
Squarespace for website hosting and operation.
Formspree for receiving and processing project inquiries.
These providers may process or store personal data outside Türkiye, depending on their infrastructure and contractual arrangements.
Any international transfer of personal data must comply with applicable legal requirements, including Article 9 of the KVKK and, where applicable, the GDPR.

6. Data Retention
We retain personal data submitted through our Project Builder for up to six (6) months from the date of our last communication with you.
This retention period allows us to review project inquiries, respond to follow-up questions, and manage potential project discussions.
After this period, we delete or anonymize the relevant personal data from the systems under our control, including Formspree submissions and related email records, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law or necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
You may request the deletion of your personal data before this period ends, subject to applicable legal exceptions, by contacting hello@dillstudio.co.
7. Your Data Protection Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about its processing, learn the purposes of processing and recipients, request correction or deletion where legally applicable, and exercise other statutory rights.
Where the GDPR applies, additional rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, subject to applicable conditions.

Dill Studio currently accepts non-binding project inquiries only.
The website does not process payments, complete purchases, or create binding service agreements.
Prices displayed in the Project Builder are indicative estimates and may change following project review.
